The area between the new office development and existing buildings will be transformed into a studio lot street, fully landscaped to provide a comfortable environment year-round. Various on site conveniences, such as a commissary and gym, will be housed in the ground floor of the new office buildings that line the south side of the east-west studio street.

An audience queue building sits at the east side of the street. This will be used for security and audience staging prior to entering the site for audience shows. An additional feature includes an outdoor studio/stage for outdoor audience events. This is directly accessed from the east Audience Building and can be a direct ancillary function of Studio 9.
